Actually, the technique of raising the frequency by using the 3 hyoid muscles to lift the adam's apple, and keeping it "up and back", reducing the length of the vocal folds and cords, is pretty standard and effective. It helps if you do not smoke, and keep your cords wet by drinking lots of water. Using this method makes the voice thinner, and the formants (resonant frequencies) vibrate only above the larynx and not down into the chest area. If your voice breaks, it will break UP into a breathy falsetto, not DOWN into "male" resonance. As far as it being risky and dangerous, I would think that one must study "risk factors". Use inferior techniques, sound like a guy, get hammered - or use the techniques she suggests, and blend into the Flow of Humanity. A female voice is a key element in our happiness and our immersion in the real world. Some use different techniques. We're all different. But the techniques above won't cause you to choke and die. It'll just make life a heck of a lot more fun, and help you feel like what you truly are. Female. Intention fosters reality, and we become real by facing our fear and aspiring to learn and grow.

And, do you recomend voice feminization surgery...my average pitch which i measure with a mobile aplication is 189 hz, buti want it higher
@unclecuddles52324 жыл бұрын
@@spotlessmind5266 Quite a late reply but I tried epilation in the past to see if it was as painful as people make it out to be and while it does hurt a lot that's not the issue really. Even if you stomach the pain, it's honestly just not effective. It might work better if you are on hrt but otherwise testosterone will have your body hair grow back too quickly for my liking. Plus when your hair gets pulled out really fast the strands can snap and so it doesn't actually pull it out from the root coupled with ingrown hairs it's just a bad time. I'd try waxing (haven't tried it yet) or electrolysis seems to be the most effective permanent hair loss

In all the fem voice training videos as well as most of the singing training videos I see, no-one ever simply does a video of 15 minutes of just voices exercises. They show a technique or two and offer hints, which is all good, but never do they just do a video that is just 15 minutes of training. Hmm, I think I am repeating myself. What you offer here is good, but I would like to see just a vocal training routine that I can watch every day or maybe even twice a day and mimic. Its like if you go to the gym to make some significant changes to your physique and you hire a trainer, that trainer does more than just show you some exercises, they take you through a routine. Could you, would you pretty pretty please with ice cream and sugar...no sugar then honey. ;) on top.

I can say that tone is important. I look a bit like a lumberjack currently but I have always talked a bit feminine and it's fairly routine for people who are tired to call me ma'am instinctively before realizing they said it then saying sir. Singing is a great way to practice tone and pitch and if there is nobody else to hear it, just let it all out and have fun. At the least you can have some fun.

When you emulate someone, please also choose also the people with the best mindset. I remember started talking like this Canadian pop-rock star bec I also started listening to her music and that highly affected my tone of voice and accent and it's actually surprising bec I don't admire her anymore but when I listened to her interviews years later, I was like, "Woah that's how I would speak or say a word!" It's amazing but I noticed that it also had a huge influence on my bad choices in college, my way of thinking, reasoning, preferences etc. which I eventually started to unlearn bec they changed my life in a negative way. (understatement) Maybe you could choose someone who's wise (and not wise in their own eyes) or someone Godly so you hit two or three birds with one stone. 😊 Edit: I'm a woman btw but I still need your advice. 😅 Thank you.

+SpideyGirl It takes time to get used to it. You will learn to slowly decrease the pressure in order to soften your voice. If it feels strange the first few months this is normal. Keep practicing :)
@kairishahad8 жыл бұрын
+SpideyGirl I've found it's easier to breathe through your nose when you're first getting used to it. Also, make sure you're letting your throat open back up; personally I can just raise my Adam's apple without swallowing, but if you're swallowing finish the swallow by loosening the muscles inside and keeping the muscles on the outside of the Adam's apple nice and tight, if that makes sense.

+HeyItsMichael _ I would assume it does. Because when I sing today in the car, I can definetly hit notes that I never could before. Just remember that you can work your cords like a muscle. I've been voice training for 3 months now I sound really feminine in the mid day but I have a problem in the mornings. In the mornings o sound super deep and I can't control it, I think it's because over night I don't use my voice so it cools down. I alway have to warm it up in the mornings. Do u have this problem? Do u sound feminine when u wake up in the mornings ?
@transandfit9 жыл бұрын
David Galarza My voice does sound a little deeper in the mornings, but usually after about 5-10 minutes talking is back to where I like it. This is normal. As your vocal cords will rest during the night. I have been told that I do not sound like a guy in the mornings, just like a deeper version of my voice. But I do remember it taking hours before. Just stick with it, working on it daily, it will soon not be an issue at all! :)

Hey there. What is the name of this technique?
@craftmineSB8 жыл бұрын
Do you think voice training for a deeper voice would interfere or conflict with training for a more feminine voice? I want to feminize my voice, but I also want to train my voice/throat and all that so I can do metal growls and the like. I don't know if I'd have to choose or if I could do both. Thoughts?
@transandfit8 жыл бұрын
+craftmineSB I am not 100% sure, but I do not see why you could not do both. It will required different types of training for both, but it should work. Keep me updated, I am curious. :)
@craftmineSB8 жыл бұрын
I was really worried about it at first, but I'm starting to think it should be doable. Voice actors go through tons of ranges of voices :)
@GetWellSoonR.E.M.8 жыл бұрын
+craftmineSB doing gutteral growls, if done correctly, should never alter your voice to be deeper. There is a specific technique to it that give it the power necessary without straining or altering your voice.

@transandfit9 жыл бұрын
Jaybird196 Never apply hard pressure. The idea is to use the finger to very softly feel the range of motion of your adam apples. So you can feel how high it goes and have a target to work towards to :)
