I have curly hair and this DID NOT WORK FOR ME... or it wasn't like WOW feeling at all. Not anything different that I haven't been achieving from other products. I have long hair.. and I am 54 with a 15% starting to grey.. My hair is like Hawaiin.. frizzy.. curly.. This is not A WOW factor for me. The smell .. smells like a vasoline... petroleum smell??? IT doesn't smell that great.. like a bit of fuel.. I am not sure it's good for your health. These things get into our lymph system.

Always read the ingredients,, i use an all natural one. I put a small amount in my gand then use a fingertip drop of grease for my ends mix together ,and put through my hair. My hair is wonderful til my next washday. One friend had to run their fibfer through my hair and couldnt believe how soft it was. I wash my hair every week.

So convenient! When I was stuck in the office all day I'd use my hand lotion lol. It was aveeno, probably should have read ingredients like you say!

I watched a video from 5 years ago. You used Herbal essence products.Your hair wasn't as curly at all as it looks now. Maybe it was this gel? I like our hair color better now too!

Thank you! I stopped Keratin treatmemts and getting my hair thinned during haircuts. My hair now is what I've been used to most of my life. I actually only started a KZbin channel to talk about Keratin lol! Imagine that!

You can get root powder to cover the roots.They sell it on HSN.They have a lot of different colors. It seems to work good on the models they use.

Do you use heat protectant? I'm new to the curly hair world, and am overwhelmed trying to figure out what products to use.

I don't bc it's not direct heat like a flat iron or brushing with a hot blow dryer. I'm not an expert, though. It can't hurt to use it! It's hard to find, only Tresemme. My daughters like it, very different hair than mine!

I apply to damp hair, after shower, I put it in turban. I'm not a fan of applying products to my hair soaking wet, maybe bc I have so much thick hair, but this works best for me.

I use conditioner in the shower, rinse it out then when my hair is damp, I'll add a leave in or cream product.🙂

Hey Deb! I thought your hair came out great. I could see a couple of nice curls in front were still nice on day 2. Yeah, as far as the claim of 100 hrs, I don't know. I do know that it's pretty good for an inexpensive product and there's so much of it, that it'll last for a while. Thanks again for mentioning me. I actually felt a little embarrassed. I'm not used to getting attention. Oh & thanks for making me feel better about miss reading the label. Now I don't feel so bad. 😅 You know, not too many people know how to pronounce my last name correctly. Most will say Abner. 😂

The long hair is beautiful! The curls are stunning! Definitely let it grow long! I'm 27 and I've heard of people saying they are "too old" for long hair and I don't understand what that means. Is it a societal thing?

I used to say that lol. When we were young, all older woman had short hair, that was their style when they were young. Usually, long-haired women were cool lol. Now anything goes, I love it.
