Great video, but did you notice that you were the only boat at the ramp. The rules state that you must be out of the park by sunset. Years prior, they locked the road way at the stop sign. A ticket was given for being on the wrong side of the chain. You my friend, are going to ruin it for the rest of us by staying late to catch the evening bite.
@thedreamersinitiative707327 күн бұрын
@@MrJp318 there were more boats on the water, but yes that is typically the rule. Bob fishes the lake quite often and is familiar with the rules and the DNR officers who come around. We were all good. Thanks for the feedback!

GREAT VIDEO...looks like you guys had 8 person raft.. we are planning to do rafting with dave hansen just debating if we should do a standard raft or 8 person raft since we have 3 kids ages 7, 10, and 11.. any recommendation ?
@thedreamersinitiative70733 ай бұрын
Thanks for the comment, Dave Hansen Whitewater Rafting is truly a blast for the whole family! Yes, we had the 8 person raft and it was great. Personally, we think either trip would be fine. The rapids were not terribly intense and most of the work is put on those in front. So, if you’re looking for a more intimate experience, go for the 8 person raft. If you’re fine with 16 people, the standard raft should be good too. Also, we went in June so the rapids weren’t that large yet. They get more intense as the year goes due to more snow melting. Let us know if you have any other questions and have fun!
