Same problem here. Sort of. My Ryobi self-propelled mower stopped working 12 month after my purchase from Home Depot. Fortunately, I also purchased a 3 year warranty "all state protection" plan from Home Depot. When I went online to begin the warranty process, myh only option is to drive 50 miles to the nearest service center or have it shipped (who knows how much it costs to ship a mower). So far, my Ryobi experience is not starting off well. Oh, and the approximate wait time is a month to diagnose the problem and approximately 3 months if parts have to be ordered. That's a long time to be without my mower. Really considering going back to a gas mower.

It is June 19th. There are 3 service centers near me. The quickest I can get a repair is 3 months!!! Did I mention it is the START of SUMMER!!! Also, I sent a light dash cam smaller than that drill in a box back with insurance (Ryobi requires insurance) and it cost by cheapest method USPS $22...so your $10 is likely $30 to ship. They count on these being THROW AWAY!!! That is why they could offer 50 year warranty.

I just got approved today, Thursday and submitted Monday. So, 3 days for Onsite Commissions on my first attempt. I used my Pixel phone and natural sunlight coming into the room with a simple background. I did add those videos onto my youtube account and linked my amazon store as well as my affiliate link to the products in the description. Each video was 1:40-1:55 minutes long. I shot some panning B roll and even did a time lapse. Probably more than what was needed but I wanted it to get approved. I was more active on KZbin, by commenting on channels that I get value from. I also worked on my store by making lists and ideas. I hope that helps!

I am in the second level of review for the approval process at the moment. I can't wait to get in and start making videos!!! My recommendation for your "I didn't do what I'm supposed to do." is to lower your expectations for yourself. Instead of saying 50, make your goal 25. I know that sounds small in comparison but the goal might be psychologically daunting for you. Instead of thinking big and falling short, think small and surpass it.

Please help! How do you we keep the roller from leaving tiny bubbles in the finish? We're having a tough time. My wife and I did a great job on stripping the floor to the bare wood BUT cannot get the sealer go on evenly. If we do, we have bubbles. The floor is splotchy right now. @agentalexcamp Ай бұрын
What kinda roller are you using? Also, you have to keep moving along with the roller. As it’s drying, you can’t get bothered by how it looks and roll back over it because that’s going to mess it up.

@agentalexcamp
@agentalexcamp Ай бұрын
@@terrymofmich I just went a few boards at a time and went all the way to the other side of the room. A lot of people, including myself, think they missed a spot or it looks bad as we’re going, so we roll the roller back over it real quick, which ends up messing it up. Just gotta trust it and let it dry, and do multiple coats so it evens out. Stirring your sealer too fast could also trap air bubbles also.

Never had luck with Ryobi. Last product of theirs I bought was over twenty years ago. They must have had over a dozen battery styles. You see old Ryobi cordless tools at every garage sale. I have 20+ year Ridgid 18v cordless tools that originally came with Ni-Cad batteries which of course died but I can buy a new 18v Ridgid tool today and take it's li-Ion battery and it slide right into my old tool and it works. Lifetime warranty on new batteries too if you register them.

@@agentalexcamp What difference does it make if they only have a 90 day warranty? The Home Depot return period. It beginning of summer and I have 3 service centers near by. The quickest I can get a repair is 3 months for Ryobi tools (they do other brands because Ryobi doesn't have single brand authorized service centers, and have quick turn around on those brands because they don't break down as often according to what 1 told me). The cheapest thing they have to ship back for repair is a battery for $22 via USPS (non-HP as the HP will cost more due to weight). Most high volume manufacturers I have seen with low quality product that require the victim pay shipping at least get a negotiated rate then charge the victim fixed rate (based on the item being returned) for a shipping label. They want their product to be THROW AWAY!!! AND THEY WANT A LOUSEY REPUTATION that comes from people SPREADING that it is a low quality THROW AWAY product among friends.

You're lucky you have another job/KZbin (I'm sure.) Not all of us are so lucky. For a lot of us, THIS IS our ONLY means of getting income. I try to go until I get $100 a day/night. Not always possible. Not in this economy. The milegage and waiting on other people...$6 something order for an hour...NEVER doing that again...Very frustrating this being the only means of quick cash as bills pile up... I had to quit my job near the end of March (which took 3 freaking interviews) they were shortening my hours so I picked up delivery driving full time to make the bills. I don't know about UE, but I know DD does not like multitasking with other apps. And if they find out, you'll get deactivated. And since Door Dash is the #1 delivery app, they can treat their drivers like shit. Long story short, they deactivated me and many others under bs pretenses. So now I'm doing UE. I signed up for Roadie but there's only so much a sedan can carry so never used it yet. Until I get a van I'll be able to do both. And like every other job I have had in the, I'm getting pretty burnt out and discouraged with UE. Especially since they raised the .85 fee to $1.25 (and I bet they'll keep raising it to push you into getting that card which I'm sure isn't free. So I'll just wait until Monday for it to be deposited in my bank account. They've gotten enough of my hard-earned cash and have paid very little. I'm super close to just going back into the bs interviews to successfully land another brick and mortar job or something. Something else has be done differently. Can't go on like this. They're screwing customers aside from their drivers over. I decided to try ordering from UE once. A $20 became $40. $6.07 driver gets while UE gets like almost $40. Sick.
