I’ve had men compliment my nails. All the time , I definitely think it’s cause I’ve always been complimented on my hands in general but men only compliment if it’s specifically red which is odd

I have 2 kiddos, and maintaining the nails is a STRUGGLE. Between diaper changes, baths, dishes, spill clean ups, water play, outdoor adventures etc etc etc, the hands and nails taking a huge beating. I have been on the longest journey ever and am trying to be so patient but I've fallen into a hole of getting Gel-X manicures which I have vowed myself to break after my current set and have good growth by the holidays too! Hang in there and just keep doing what you can.

Filming your healthy nail is completely unnecessary lol I wear press on all the time never get my nails done professionally and the reason I do is because there is less damage doing them at home with press ons. I hate how the salon damages my real nail. Glue is fine and fine inside of nail a little.

File the inside of the press on to increase adherence for longer.

I don’t think this is the way to grow your own healthy nails.

Not necessarily a "Strengthening" base coat, but Zoya's Anchor has been my go to! I swear it keeps my mani's on the longest when I pair it with Essie's Gel Couture top coat. Yep, summer is turning into fall a little at a time. We have leaves that are starting to fall… but I love the fall time!!! It smells good, the leaves look pretty, great weather. But , you are right, we will have to start dressing warmer.

I've been so tempted to try press ons and Olive & June has the super stick ones. They have little sticky tabs instead of glue. As for nail growth, I've started using the Olive & June nail strengthener under my manicures and my nails are growing again.

I don’t have a heating pad but I think of I can keep my countertop griddle on warm with a piece of paper or you could also keep the oven barely on and stick a cookie sheet in there to keep warm and take it out put a piece of wax paper on it to do it and put it back in between rounds lol.
