Interesting take on the recession, but I'm still skeptical. How can we have strong employment numbers and yet talk about a potential downturn?

In the heart of the earth, a treasure sleeps, Fossil fuels, like secrets, buried deep. Once abundant, now they wane, Their scarcity, humanity's bane. Silent whispers of ancient days, Burned for light, heat, and the engine's blaze. But now the wells grow dry and tired, While the world's demand has not retired. The sun and wind, we harness true, Yet their power seems but a meager due. The rivers run, the turbines turn, But the energy gap continues to yearn. Beneath our feet, the coal beds thin, Oil wells echo, an empty din. Gas fields falter, their bounty spent, Leaving us in energy lament. Renewables rise, with promise bright, Yet struggle to match the fossil's might. For the populations ever swell, In energy needs, we're caught in a spell. As the sun sets on the fossil age, We face a turning, unwritten page. Can we adapt, will we find a way, To power the world by the break of day? A question hangs in the smoky air, A challenge for all, to do their share. To innovate, conserve, and care, For the energy future we all share. -GPT4

In my opinion, the go to remedy to weather this supposedly looming recession and high inflation is short-term trading, as opposed to long-term trading, most folks using these techniques are netting a ton of gains, sure the risks are higher but yet again isn't the current market equally as risky?

I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a invt-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using a invt-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over 1.5million

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Katherine Stewart.

The best vid yet on explaining crypto and associated markets. This from a trading intraday and short-medium or long term point of view. Was impressed that you showed the market cycle. Also the way you explained it. Regardless if it is stocks, currency, precious metals or real estate, crypto, that is being invested in, there is a cycle. As now crypto is a confirmed asset class, You already have taught me so much. Appreciate your time and effort in making the vid. ...I managed to grow a nest egg of around 3Btc’s to a decent 21Btc’s…At the heart of this evolution is Seren Wintersun, whose deep understanding of both cryptocurrency and traditional trading has been instrumental. Her holistic approach to investment and commitment to staying abreast of market trends make her an invaluable ally in navigating this new era in cryptocurrency investment....

I think the weaknesses in the economy are big - but they are not picked up in the data. Take the BLS data for example. They have two surveys, the household survey, which estimates the unemployment rate through landline telephone surveys. This systematically underestimates unemployment becsuse those who lose their jobs are more likely to cut expenses, and having a landline is a luxury expense. Even with the establishment survey, they use a birth-death model, where for every business that goes bust, they just assume another business of average size opens. Therefore they systematically underestimate net job losses from business closures. It wont be until August 2025 that any economic weakness in Q1 2025 will be picked up from data revisions.

It’s always advisable to invest judiciously, keep a stop loss figure. Shuffle between debt and equity wherever the ratio goes too off your target. As for the target, I recommend a Ratio like this Debt % should be equal to your age in years. If you are 20, debt is 20%, reset in equity. If the market falls or rises drastically, your debt % will change, which you should rebalance to 20% and bring back equity to 80%. Thus you would have bought low or booked profit depending on if it was a crash or a bull run, I manage to earn 50k monthly through the help of Kathleen program….you still have the chance to improve you financial level by following Kathleen Eisen program.

It seems to be a consistent error of thinking for multiple years now that all the ARK people and Cathie have been saying that inflation is a non-issue. However... I would say it's pretty obvious that inflation is a problem as it is sticking higher than many have been predicting.
