Coolest Rookidee I have ever seen

Too cool to have a pokedex number Really cool Rookidee Steel/Ice Rarely, every 100 years, a Rookidee is born with unusual amounts of coolness. As such, they have different typings than your average Rookidee. They prefer to grind down rails rather than fly.

Team Magma always wanted a world with more land for Science and Human Settlement but it was always an idealistic plan with an overkill execution. Yet they did it, at the cost of the entire planet. Life was on it's ropes for the first time. Yet for Maxie in an bunker with the Elite 4 and other Higher Ups, he managed to contact the remaining Magma Grunts, who escaped in the main base. But not all was gonna last forever. Eventually, communications began glitching before suddenly an eruption broke out in Mt. Chimney. Burning all of Hoenn even more. Fortunately for Maxie, the bunker he hid in was in Orre since they were paranoid of another war between Unova and Kanto so they prepared for any disaster. Unfortunately for the crew in Hoenn, they were getting engulfed by liquid Lava. The only thing that could be heard from the transmissions was only one sad whimper from Maxie: "Please... Magma, Respond to me..."

A little strange perhaps, but here's a little piece I wrote that was inspired by this rendition. When I time everything just right, it's a lot of fun. Key: 3:17 start 4:55 radio 6:33 end [3:17 start] This is it. It had really happened. Team Magma unleashed Groudon on the world. You tried to battle it- to stop it- but it was just too strong. You had barely escaped with the lives of yourself and your pokemon. You look out at the horrific scene before you. Hoenn's once-great oceans are now dwindling away, evaporating in the blazing sun. Smoke rises on the horizon from the devastation of earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and forest fires. You try to call for help, the pokemon league champion, the elite four, gym leaders-anyone who could stop Groudon. But there was no answer. Not knowing what else to do, you travel to Lilycove city, trying to stay in the water as much as possible to stay cool. Once there, you enter Team Magma's base, hoping to find someone to help. You run through the building, searching room after room, sweat pouring down your back as the air conditioners gave out in the intense heat. But no one was there. Finally, in the back room, you see it- A Team Magma radio! You race over to it, grab the receiver and cry out, "Maxie! Maxie, you have to help us! It's Groudon! We can't stop it! It'll destroy everything! Please, you have to help us! ... Team Magma, please respond!!" [4:55 radio] ... Static was the only response from the radio. You call out again, and again, until you become dizzy from the heat exhaustion and dehydration. Your legs become unsteady and you lean back against the wall, slowly sliding to the ground, and place your head between your knees. You continue your desperate pleas until your voice gives out. You did all you could. Your heart begins to sink as you think of your family and friends. Where are they now? Have they felt the effects of the disaster yet? Are they scared? You know you have to try again, you have to do something. But you're just. So. Tired. You can't help but wonder... If you had acted sooner, If you had tried harder, Could you have... Saved them? As you look at the radio receiver, you come to the realization. This is it. You had your chance to save the world. And you couldn't. And now... No one is coming to save you. You close your eyes as another wave of nausea and exhaustion hit. And hope death will find you soon. [6:33 end]

Theme of a really cool rookidee

I don't know how to do anything related to romhacking, but I've had this idea for a while of a hack for Ruby/Sapphire. In Ruby, it could show a world ruined by Team Magma (water routes are drained, Fortree City burned down, etc.) For Sapphire, it could show a world where Team Aqua won (More water routes, more water on land areas, only high up places left like Mt. Chimney and Pyre or the roof of the Lilycove department store, Pacifidlog Town destroyed, etc.) I think the Ruby idea is better, but both could theoretically work. Maybe it could be a normal Ruby playthrough until Groudon wakes up and it all goes to shit.

Maxie: "y-you... you were right... we should've stopped" Brendan: "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?! WE'RE ALL GONNA D-" [COMMUNICATION ERROR] As Hoenn burned and burned, people tried calling out for Team Magma. others called for the champion. some even went to Team Aqua. But hope was lost. Kyogre could no longer reverse this. Team Magma wasn't responding. Even the champion could not stop this beast. Numerous of other innocent lives were lost. Until someone saw a brave, dying boy challenging Groudon. But in the end, he was too late. Groudon scorched the planet along with the people and pokemon that lived on it.
