This works up until 9:52 EDIT: The small nub of plastic that holds it in broke off. At least the cover is off now, I guess. I have tried many things, including doing exactly what you did in the video, but the cover won’t come off. I’ve checked for screws, I’ve undone all nine of the face screws and all four of the battery compartment screws. I’m writing this comment because I’ve decided to give my fingers a break due to how much pain they’re in. Trying to roll the cover leaves painful indentations on my fingers.

If its just booting constantly, try this. Just leave it on and let it reboot til it runs out of power. Once that happens, let it charge for 5-10 minutes. Then try the manual factory reset. Put the headset on, hold power and volume down for a 3 count. Then let go. If it pulls up the usb menu you're good. If not, then you're going to have to get it repaired/returned. This might not work, but it has a few folks.

I am stuck with a bootloop. When I used the factory reset, it keeps rebooting to that exact secret menu. I didn’t even sync it with a phone yet. It broke day one.
