In certain situations, I feel pressure to buy something, just because I feel like I should take advantage of a buying situation. However, I may not have wanted the item that I bought. This concept happens more frequently than I realized! I have been trying to live more simply and minimally, but my biggest struggle has been with not bringing/buying new things. This video gave me a lot of things to think about.❤

I always pack my liquids into my personal item. That makes it easier for me, I only have to open my bag instead of going through my carry-on suitcase too. And how interesting that you didn't wear socks - even in the summer, I need them :) either way, some of the items you didn't use are still very useful. Better to have them, than not!

We do things very similar it’s cool to see. A few weeks ago my Doberman Venus passed away, she had epilepsy and she is the reason I found out I had breast cancer last year, she is my angel. I always knew after she passed I would declutter even more and start life over somewhere else. I’ve been learning Japanese for two years and I think Japan would be a nice place to go for a while. I’ve gotten rid of 60 items this past week and donated some to shelters and I’m hoping I’m brave enough to take on this new life without my best friend.

My dream home😊but I would add a kettle, but I don’t own like any make up.

Goodness, I couldn't live without a kettle or toaster. I love my toasted sandwiches, breakfast food and tea.

I don't buy belts, heels (never did) and have a small collection of jewellery. I recently travelled and bought a quality bracelet and ring. I plan on buying a necklace and earings the next time. ☺️

I keep things minimal too with my bag, regardless of where I'm going or what I'm doing.
