These are all great tips. One question, are you cooking dried, unsoaked chickpeas in the rice cooker? Does it work like an instant-pot/pressure cooker?

Yes, 😃I just put dried ones in the pot. The finished chickpeas are more fluffy-crispy than creamy, which depends on personal preference, but I like them.🥣✨
