I mean the term "Sleeper build" is relatively new to the West. They just cannot accept that some small ass dudes can bring down jacked up dudes with no effort. But strength training without rolling up huge muscles is not a new concept in eastern culture...and not to mention, Kung fun is not just training some specific parts of the body like in boxing. Like Jakie Chan said in The Karate Kid movie..."Kung fu is in everything". It trains not just all parts of the body, but also the mind too. The greatest Kung fu masters all look pretty harmless and weak until their fists hit your face.
