I will usually plastic weld some scrap material in where I need to fill and sand smooth. There is also a flexible filler body shops use on plastic bumpers that should work well over the epoxy primer, but I usually just fill with plastic welding.

Thanks again!! Glad you liked it. I do powdercoat here and there, just haven't gotten much on video lately. I normally prefer single stage urethane automotive paint over powder coat though cause I can get it a lot shinier than powdercoat. I think I'm going to start using powdercoat on skid plates, shifter, and foot brakes though.

The wiring on these Trail 90s can be a real pain. It sounds like you might have a little short somewhere. Now finding it can be really tough on these.

It was just a parted out rolling chassis when I got it. Just the frame, wheels, fork and fender. No seat or tank or engine.

@@BIGFOOTBIKESANDBREWS ahhhh....I see. Looks great now and the upgrade is super cool. I found a Yamaha ATC 200 trimoto and the engine is super heavy. I never thought a 200cc motor would be that insanely heavy. I found two 500cc Honda Rebel motors and they are super heavy as well. I will keep you in the loop my friend.

I think the ones on the rear are old Carlisle Trail Pros. I have a NOS pair on the shelf but they aren't going on this one. They are pretty bad tires from what I hear.

Your skills never cease to amaze me ! That seat turned out amazing . I have "fixed " a bunch of motorcycle and ATV seats but im not as good as you . I always learn something from your videos . I'm a cheapskate so when I'm driving down the road and see a couch that's been dumped in the ditch , i stop and the cushions to use the foam for seat repairs.
