I recently got into the show heavily, rewatching it like 4 times this month, and i was curious to see its "fandom" content on twitter, i dont regret but some of its fans are just....so much. Overanalyzing it to the top! Especially Claudia x Lestat's bond, during their last moment of the trial. I agree with Sam, Lestat did love her, did care for her to the very end and that ultimately haunts him when left alone, I think she did look at him as the last person not as the fans say "because he's the only one there who she knew" -she could've looked at Armand because he made himself trustworthy to Claudia and Louis, she believed him for Louis. I think she looked at Lestat as a father and a friend in the end, he was supposed to protect them, maybe she even looked at him like "this is is, I'm gone, save Louis" and Lestat or Sam knows it better than any complicated fanatic does. Whether their bond was complex (theyre all monsters), harsh, DA (it was) or tough love and fatherly, it was a bond that was growing with time, Lestat will always do what Louis wants and that in itself is love and acceptance, and he accepted Claudia like no other.

Not only are most fans saying Lestat hated Claudia or she was "in the way"of Loustat relationship, but misinforming sooo much online for a bias and ship delulu agenda reasons. I think its good to value Claudia as the vampire she was who had no difficulty embracing her nature, and not infantilize her so much to make it seem like she had no say in how Lestat treated her. The both had their reasons to dislike each other, but at the same time both had their reasons to accept each other, until Claudia wanted so capriciously to move to Paris with Louis, eventually causing things to complicate more. How can you get two family members who are stubborn and want things their way, and controlling, to live together? Its chaotic. If anything, its Louis who should've left them both at some point but see how he loved them both in their own ways as they were without complicating it as they did lmao.

Somebody tell this DEI screenwriter - you can't talk while being choked. If you can, you're not being choked.... Also, this DEI screenwriter doesn't understand what "family" means to a mobster. It makes no sense for Penguin to delete Vic when he literally just pledged his life to him. Especially in the light of him keeping his hooker friend alive.....
