ngl first 3/4 of Falling Up is suprisingly really easy. I'd say it can be a starter extreme but there are better options.

Acu and niwa are easier imo but still really easy

ik another easy extreme demon called niwa, it looks hard at first but it's really consistent and the music sync makes it even better it's a flow extreme demon btw
