Ha ha, "Japanese style toilet" is a different thing, but we got the point anyway 😊. If you intend to continue to make such videos, please get some stabilization and improve your filming technique. It's a bit disturbingly shaky. But this is an interesting house, great content 👍

I want one of these greenhouse homes sooooo much. Beautiful. I agree it may be worth refilming this and film a room without swinging around to a whole bunch of closeups. A good example to emulate would be Kirsten Dirksen, who also recently filmed another greenhouse home. Maybe set the camera up in an area on a tripod and then you can walk around and show the features, or film a room and narrate later.

in other words the filter to screen the water is expensive as living on grid lol
@thomaxtube15 күн бұрын
That filter is usually a regular septic tank buried outside, filtering through to worm compost and/or into a living soil underground watering the plants, usually in 3 stages, before letting anything into nature, its inexpensive, and self maintaining when done right. the waste water is a resource for the off grind garden, not a filtering issue. as this water is not purified back into drinking water, just enough to feed the soil. Whereas drinking / shower water can be easily collected from the (rain) -roof, and filtered, with cheap DIY active charcoal & sand filter to get clean water, even without a bore hole/ well, like in this house has. or if the well water in your area is too hard with minerals/radon

I might be visiting Copenhagen. I know I will be using the 5C bus. I just want to buy a return ticket probably from the city centre to Norrebrogade. Can I buy a return ticket at a ticket machine? If so how many hours does the return ticket last for? All I see online is reference to single tickets or bus passes (a pass would not be worth the money).
@beepboop98482 ай бұрын
The easiest way to buy tickets for copenhagen is with the DOT tickets app. Those tickets are also valid on trains and metro. If you have cash in DKK you can buy tickets from the bus driver only for the bus as well.

I do this in Norway. Once you find the right Tomras to feed, it gies pretty fast. One tip is to avoid stores that use other brands than Tomra for their machines. They tend to be slow and unreliable.

Any issue with fruit/green flies, or other bugs in the house? Buzzing around my half dozen plants in the house. Unsure how living in a greenhouse copes with insects?
@liveinagreenhouse3 ай бұрын
I own the only greenhouse enclosed tiny home in the US. Way less flies and mosquitoes inside my house inside the greenhouse than outside. There are insects inside the greenhouse and I have the house doors and windows open most of the year so there are insects inside the house. But not so bad that I need screens.
@chrizzlybearlol2 ай бұрын
You have to create an ecosystem. If you got flys that annoy you need stuff that eats them. Or change the environment that they don’t thrive. I doubt you can or want this to be sterile.

"Lund" means "grove", "cluster of trees". My grandma got locked up in the cathedral, but fortunately there was a young man, also locked up, who managed to climb up to an open window and scream for help! - so people outside got hold of the verger who set them free...

It is strongly expressed but you have a point ... never film what you are looking at. Always give an overview to help watchers to locate then make shots so that the viewer can watch within that shot the things that are of his interest .

What do you suggest of an 8 hour layover? Is 4 hours enough to scope the old city?
@DejligeDays7 ай бұрын
Definitely plenty of time. Metro takes you to Kongens Nytorv in about 20 minutes directly from the airport. From there you can easily walk around the main sights ie Nyhavn, Amalienborg, Marmorkirken, Strøget and take an hour long canal tour which takes you past all the other sights ie Opera House etc. You will need a three zone transit ticket.
