Darwin's first big clue while in the Galápagos Islands were actually the difference between the 4 mockingbirds that he p icked up from four different Islands. He did not look at the finches in detail until after arriving back in England and a colleague pointed out that they were different species. He had put all the finches in one box. Not even labeling which island they had come from. This is a common misconception about the finches who were named after Darwin later and his first real big clue, which were the Mockingbirds of Galapagos.

I am astonished of how well your videos have turned out. Banger after banger. I envy you and I am sad that I can’t afford the 2 dollar a month A.I membership. Please tell me what kind of A.I you use. Also I love your voice. It’s so high pitched and like music to my ears. If possible can you cover the topic of the wonders of North Korea, thank you. If possible, can you set up a donation system. After I pay off my dogs breast cancer bills I want to donate to you. Your videos are an inspiration and your talent is my milestone. Your videos let me understand that maybe competition isn’t too rough. I love your editing and I think your research is amazing. Thank you for this wonderful experience. I quaked in happiness while watching this blessed video. I recommend you put your all into this channel. You sound young. School doesn’t have much to offer and an opportunity like this could pay off far more than an education.

Great documentary! So true about the interconnectedness of species in an ecosystem and the necessity of predators in the food web. This video should be shown in all biology classes! It’s a classic lesson… Bring back the wolves!
