Ceratec may not last for 50k km as we in our part of the world frequently change engine oil. Used with liqui Moly synthetic engine oil it may last longer but 50k km, I doubt. Anyway it's a useful product for reducing engine friction.

For my 160 4V- I do it every 1 year or 8000 kms For my RR310- i does it every 1 year or 8000-10000 kms, but if you ride it in very dusty environment, better to change/clean it every 6-9 months instead of an year or 5-8k kms

Hey Buddy, hope you are doing good. I am upgrading from my Fazer250 to the G310R or the Apache RTR 310 which share the same engine. I had a query, since you are an owner of the G310R since a long time, I wanted to know how are the vibrations in the long run of ownership. I felt them when I test rode both of them but cant get my head around in long term perspective. Wanted to know from certain perspective. 1. If they are very bothersome in long rides in the cruising speeds of say 80 - 100 kmph. 2. If these vibrations develop into rattles in the bike over long term ownership. I am bit worried since this will be one and primary motorcycle for a long time atleast 6 - 7 years.

Bro, get it done during every oil change, i.e 5000-7000 kms. This will ensure that you're riding with the max performance most of the time. It was almost choked this time to the extent that the bike couldn't breathe. Don't wait for that long as this may then get the throttle body clog quicker.

Not only dirt but moisture is also enemy of the air filter. Now, if the air filter has low amount of dirt (only completed 20-30% of its life), but if you keep the bike as it is for more than a months, then over the time the air filter gets wet and dry every day. This makes the air filter clogged and needs replacement.
