Great video Adrian! I had one of those seats, sitting straight up and down it was good but when I leaned it busted. I do like the tough built precision screwdriver set, may have to pick a set up. The electricians ratchet is clutch. I have one in every bag along with 1 on standby. I found the Klein metric flip sockets. Lot of hot side stuff is metric. Hope ya have a merry Christmas.

Have you seen the Harbor Freight Hercules 20volt vacuum pump? I have one and it's great. Looks like a NAVAC, probably made in the factory.

Appions are decent, very important not to overtighten onto the service valve. I have appion, yellow jacket, hilmor, jb, and accutool. The accutools are definitely my favorite along with the tru blu hoses. Haven't tried the fieldpiece can anyone comment on how they work? Am interested in the one with the sightglass but seems a bit overpriced, but what isn't?

Supco Port-A-Blaster with a Milwaukee M18 Top-Off. 140 psi and all the water your bucket can hold.

@ReliableHVACR I have a lid for the bucket, but it is a bit if a chore to get it up 3 stores. At least it doesn't include the weight of the pump and all. I'm too cheap to spend for the price of a good battery powered one.

Hey for $800 I will say it's probably built the best. What battery platform does that one work on?
@topher8634
@topher8634 8 күн бұрын
@@ReliableHVACR it has a 12 volt SLA battery. Like the kind that's in fire panels and exit lights. The Milwaukee is probably more versatile, given that it has removable battery packs and can be swapped easily. I have a spare battery for the CoilJet as well, but they don't swap as easy as a pack does.

Coil jet breaks down too often, only last a year at most. For that price I would expect a much much longer life expectancy

@@haroldg4192 wow, sounds like you have had a bad run with them. I'm still on my original one. It's 8 years old and it has never let me down. I've replaced the battery once and there was a leak on the bottom of the soap container. I replaced the clamp and that was it. It sees heavy usage too. I use it where I work for all of the HVAC maintenance. We have 11 chilled water air handlers with dozens of reheat coils and a half dozen walk-ins and around 3 dozen split system A/Cs.

I use the Sunjoe 5 gallon sprayer for ice machines. Theres a brand that ive used recently called Fanttik. They sell different size portable washers. The 2.1 is pretty good for reach in cooler condensers that are extremely dirty.

i have 2 appion tools i bought at the same time after seeing everyone talk about loving them. they are garbage for pulling cores. I have 2 robinair ones that work 99% of the time first try. and they were cheaper. I use the appions because i have them but i pull the cores with just the stem no valve body for installs not service and putting them back in isn't an issue. if i was a service guy i would sell them and buy something else with the 150 bucks. also just had one of the appion 3/8" to 1/4" hoses have the tiny snap ring on the back side of the 1/4" come off while pulling a vacuum and i thought i had a leak for a few minutes till i found it. this is a newer hose i've only used 20 times or less. might have to shut off appion all together.
