Also the hoses should just snap in with the clips fully in place, just push the hosed in.

Yes just pull the clip out and leave bolt in place.

This was the fix !car was jumping thought i had a gas supply issue then the car stopped going into gear changed this gear shift housing and everything fixed almost like the fork was sonehow staying in natural and in gear at the same time freaking weird but this was the fix thanks

Appreciate the video. I found that there’s plenty of room to take off the pulley first. That lets you see the mounting bolts and easily reach that pesky 16mm on the supply line while the pump is still securely mounted. Also waited until last to reinstall the pulley on the new pump.

Doing this exact same rebuild. Spun rod bearings as well. Bought the car for cheap expecting to put time and money in, it was ran out of oil. Trying to find a socket to fit the bolts that hold the short block together right now.

her pedal must have gotten stuck and instead of figuring out what's wrong with it she just pressed it all the way to the floor and that's what happened because my pedal got stuck on the Ford focus and instead of popping out that plastic piece that's about 3 in right there it's split in half it still works but that's how it broke

Thanks a ton for the details I was able to pause and reassemble mine because it came apart when I pulled it out. The pin had broken completely but I was able to get it out and get another one in I also glued the ends.

My Ford gives high RPM on low gare like 1 and 2 and this happens only after 15 20 minutes drive.
