You must wait for yeast activity to die down completely. If you want to bottle immediately, use recommended qty of Wine stabilizer

The LCD thermometers sound promising. However, I use a swamp cooler, so are they waterproof? Are there any solutions? For example, can I make them waterproof by enclosing them in clear packing tape on both sides and not removing the paper strip at the back ( I got this hack on a homebrewing forum)? Would this affect the reading?

can we make barley water out of this? Witthout fermenign no hopps. Here one shop sells barley water which looks just like beer they add Co2 and its just like beer but ofcourse no bitterness slightly sweet due the barley but they won't tell me what its made of. It has preservativs though. SO it looks like they are making it from the same stuff that you make beer of but don't ferment it. All Barley water recipes are white where they tell you boil barley and the starchy like liquid is obtained. But thats not as refreshing as this barley water which is just like beer.

Hi sir I’m a loyal customer of arishtam from 2019 I recently brewed a DME beer and let it ferment for 11 days and then cold crashed it and added 3 grams of gelatin in 150 mL of water and then microwaved it and added it to the beer and cold crashed it it’s been 13 hours the beer isn’t clear what might be the issue here or should I leave it longer?
