Bro have wrong information about wine aging , in bottle wine do not age. Wines are aged on special casks . Aging means flavour balance . Although like the concept and initiatives for craft winery .

It should be priced at 100/- per bottle. The alcohol is natural (no spirit used) hence hangover nahi aaya hoga aur smooth hit mara hoga

Brother hangover usually comes with high value of aldehydes in a drink . Hence it's good if it doesn't not contains aldehydes but permissible limit can be adjusted as per Fssai and excise policy .

​@@arishtamhomebrew9084also an advice from my side , you must increase your Present extract and lower your RDF / ADF so that it will give a mouth feel . So that it will somehow will feel hard enough instead of watery
