I suggest you to understand interlock drawing first. Draw small circuit and make interlocks with different relay and contactors. Once in delta fwd. If you push rewerse. You have A big problem becouse of the inertia of the motor in forward. And powering it in reverse without being stopped at stand still still. Don't you thonk so? And that in a glance of schematic first page.

Reverse contactor K2 would not energize until K1 forward contactor deenergize. its a interlock between K1 and K2. At a time, Motor will rotate only in one direction. either forward or reverse. Please see the control drawing again, and let me know if you need any clarity. Thanks!
