Trowbridge sucks both as the market town of Wiltshire,, and as a place to live. I totally understand why Huge’s writing songs about the place because it’s constantly having roadblocks and traffic jams caused by the useless council that couldn’t organise a p!$$ up in a brewery!!!

This Stranglers lost their creative, ethereal edge when Hugh left and were left with a more pub band sound. No wonder JJ was doing his nut. This is up there with that feel, true Hugh! 👏
