It's probably so I could comment back to you. Millon Is a strange place full strange people I owned a property on Holborn Hill in Millom The problem found was it was a nightmare to travel there to fix the police up travelling from Barrow every day there and back. It's a very tricky place to selll properties on if you look around You will see many empty shops There's no money there, no business there and the locals don't like outsiders. I would stick to barrow
@soyboypersonalfinance11384 сағат бұрын
@ I appreciate your comment, I have heard there is a wait list of 1000 people applying for a council house in Milliom. There is a 2 bed in millom going on auction soon that is in good condition apart from some rising damp and the back garden needs a tidy. Guide is £35k. If I’m all in for £43k purchase price, renovation cost, auction fee. it can rent at £550 a month that’s a 15.3% return excluding void periods and maintenance. Do you think it’s worth it at that price? Or wait potentially 6 months looking for another brr all money out deal in barrow. 🤔

S&P could be a perfect investment bang 1 million in get 10% return draw half of that 50,000 a year to live on it’s not bad from that is the top end of the stocks are overpriced and most of the other 400 or so stocks are not going up in value This year, I’m just sticking with the good quality companies like meta Amazon Google

I like this format. To see a dialogue with locals. Talks with Popeyes in Mangily or Prisca somewhere a Nosy Be. Simple nice local people from the country, talking about their life and their dreams. Or maybe talking about other topics: politics, history... The woman I knew has the same age and lives in Toliara. Like you describe: the situation in a typical family is when old ones are without pensions and middle aged are searching for work and trying to maintain them. It's very difficult to have a decent life in these conditions. Some days ago Toliara was under water and their "houses" also. I think most of them who are working have around 40-60 euros a month. And all are complaining about. I think it's a good idea to satisfy a dream of some people there and combine with some investments, like the case of your life.
@passivenomads2 күн бұрын
I’d like to do many interviews with the local the problem is translation barriers , luckily my wife speaks very good English but not all translators can actually translate. It’s a very hard life for them I don’t think we truly appreciate it as foreigners even if we’ve lived there for years
