How much is that house and its plot.

@@afahabitation I would pay more than most people as it’s right next to my plot and also has electric and water and Wi-Fi close by on a road and a beach so it’s a very good plot of land in my opinion. It’s hard to guess the price but I would guess it’s worth between eight and €14,000 for the land and house the land gos 25 meters or so back. A plot up the road sold for €16,000 that plot was five times as big as this one but a long way away from Wi-Fi and water And without the view.
