Just booked a flight via Asiana. -Manila to Incheon -2hrs layover -incheon to ontario Question: Need po ba ng K-ETA (Korea e-Travel Authority) or transit papers kahit na mag layover lang naman sa Korea as international student en route to Ontario? *Di naman po ako lalabas ng airport kasi it will require me to obtain a visa.

I decided to go to Centennial College next year, I was planning to go to Los Angeles and study in Santa Monica College but rent is too expensive there and I don’t feel comfortable knowing I’ll have to spend about $80K USD just on rent alone if I study there for 4 years, Toronto rent is much more affordable plus coming from a warm tropical country in Asia, I always wanted to live somewhere that’s cold most year round with long cold snowy winter and Toronto fits the bill and it’s close proximity to New York is definitely a big plus for me to move there.
