It's a deer type gun not a combat rifle .More than 1 or 2 shots at reasonable distance tells me your not that great a shot. Don't need mag.changes.

Sounds like you’ve got a dud for accuracy or haven’t found the right ammo yet. 6.5 prc is a round that is hard to find the right load for. Creedmoor and 300wsm are a lot easier to find good loads for due to their better design for consistent burn. Keep searching or trying different handloads to get a better grouping. Every manufacturer has duds in these cheap rifles, I’ve never seen a ruger shoot better than an inch in non magnum calibers and I’ve never seen a weatherby shoot worse than an inch. But it doesn’t mean both manufacturers don’t have duds now and then either. I wouldn’t take one rifles almost MOA accuracy on a round famous for not being easy to find accurate loads for, as a testament to what to expect in all rifles of that model
