Notice how none of the women have any fake hair attached to their heads. This shows their dedication to their profession. I wish women's sports would get back to this culture. Having 2ft of fake hair and 3in long fingernails doesn't aid your performance it only slows you down.

Yeah that's a pretty tough drill. It's going to take at least 6-10 months of training before one can even attempt this. And I'm talking about a track athlete sprinter , distance people may take over a year to train for this. Untrained forget that ✌🏼
