Dumb qn! How do you fish those grubs vertically? Do you drop down and wind it back up with a bit of a rattle? Or jig?
@grazzasfreshwaterfishing3 күн бұрын
Not a dumb question Ryan. Theres a number of techniques, and droping it to the bottom and a slow retrieve back to the top is one.

Big fish require big arse lures for their big greedy gobs. Ya gotta spend, it's just how it is. They are fat lazy pigs, and in their minds, why smash many when you can devour the big one and get back under that log and fatten up. A dead weighted lazy whale, but when theres a directional change, hang on, whoosh, until the next cross directional shift. Unusual yet fullfilling monster to land.

Hey Bud. I use a Cow Bell weight which I picked up from Rebal. I have the 12kg wieght which has been awesome, holds the boat in the murray river fast current no worries. Just hook a good metre and a half Chain to it coonect to the bell weight with a U bolt.
