Tim I think the word " BLACK HOUSES" is not appropriate in Africa especially the motherland Ghana we are all black. In UK even the word black is not referred to as its a slur. In GHANA everyone is black so all you could have captioned it was to have been building 170 housing units. Just a thought

I’m wondering why, in Ghana, do they have separate price labels for foreigners, including the African Americans who live there. They say we are one and should come home BUT they don’t believe not do they practice the “oneness” of All Black People. If, All Skin Folk Ain’t Kin Folk, was a country!

I was not born on the Continent, but what Im observing from comments of presumably African Americans is they think this man is supposed to provide top of the line housing in Ghana for little to nothing. Then if the homes are not top class, you would complain that he is building garbage for black Americans. What world do yall live in? When you re-locate, nobody in the host country is supposed to be in the business of giving you anything. You should be coming with a plan to work and build a life for yourself. Other black Americans who re-locate to countries outside of Africa are not looking to be given an easy ride because they are black Americans.

Its crazy how Africans come to Amerikkka and not try to build with African Americans, but we can go there and invest and build and not have a tether mentality! This has always been a one-sided relationship..

stop the cap if you was so good you would have done that in America and those homes are always on land which is never developed and the homes go unlived in becuase no one local can afford to and its really only for people who want to live in Ghana which has a unstable government, and 89% of the people are in poverty..

She apparently only knows and believes what whyte people have told her. They don’t tell folks in this world how they had laws, policies and procedures that IMPEDE our progression. I guarantee she doesn’t know that they even used our babies as ALLIGATOR BAIT in history.

I just wish Africans understand that they dont have to buy a house, avoid long term loans slavery. All we need to do is to build ours like in the olden days. Theres nothing I hate like mortgage. Governments just have to give us land so we built.
