Something I should of clarified better is that there is 2 things called imprint. claiming a baby is called imprint but it's not the imprint I'm talking about for imprint bonus you do after claiming it as it grows up. Giving it cuddles taking it for a walk etc. So if you got a bunch of babies merged claim the one with the mutation or stats you want and then cryopod it out, it can be tricky do to arks terrible hit boxes.

Little bit confused not sure if anyone can help. For a rex: If I input the stats in and MD and health are average should I just kill it and wait for one that has high MD / Health in the stat points?

It's all luck based really. Just statistically low stays don't get enough random points for the bonus tamed levels. So yah you can kill em or tame them up to you.

There's an app called beacon, it has all the coding for ASE and ASA made easy to use, including a breeding tab that gives the exact numbers for you in app,. Unfortunately I'm about to spend some time with the wife and kids and by the time I'm done I'll likely forget to look for a perfect high speed settings for you. The app is 10/10 worth it for breeding settings alone. Sorry I couldn't be of much help bud but family first.

14:10 "If you're still getting random levels between your babies, you have the stats wrong on the parents - you need to fix this here and now" After I started practicing while rewatching this video, I realized his base pair were the same levels. My babies are either the dads, the moms or the grandpas level, so I guess they're stats aren't wrong, but it made me think about it. I guess my question is when you're looking for mutations, do you want the base pair you're using to have identical levels?

This is INCREDIBLY confusing, and I hate it. My head is spinning. Anyone else who feels this way, I recommend repeatedly watching this video over time (and to use dododex) because he really does a great job explaining this here. Play solo, change the settings, and practice. I'm getting there myself, and it's actually thanks to CG's and his video getting played over and over again.
