since riven doesnt have the tools to deal with most tanks (no true dmg or armor pen in kit) you dont try to kill her and instead push waves start proxy and take jungle camps to get a lead. if possible without loosing tempo you can go for other squishy champs in enemy team.

it doesnt even work on aatrox hahahahah, only improves if ur ult does something heal/dmg/shield, but aatrox only buffs himself, and the healing doesnt work, weirdly enough it works with morde.

its good on thingds like garen or cho with high dmg single target ults.

i think you are confused. you dont stack axiom arcanist it just gives 9% dmg on aoe ults so windslash that does 400 gets a wopping 38ish extra dmg. and if you kill them it doesnt lower the cd as your cd doesnt start till your r ends. its just useless on riven. on somone like garen with 1200 dmg ult it adds 14% for single target which is an extra 170ish dmg. which is also true dmg. this rune of for high dmg single target ults. not aoe.

this was still in the testing phase. but also by now they did nerf swifties to a more normal spot

@@luizfe and garen, i truely think its bugged on riven bc riven should have something simliar in numbers but it doesnt. Maybe it counts aoe differently than single target but theres no indicator for that. A lot of champs benefit frmo the cdr reduction on it as well on Darius also pretty need. But maybe the numbers are way different bc they both have true dmg / % dmg
