Her passive makes her the strongest champ lvl although there are exceptions, but old lethal tempo made her lvl 1 broken but after that she's a minion til 6

kayle has always had an extremely strong level 1, thats nothing new, she has an auto reset and a passive that buffs auto attacks, most champions with something like that are really strong at level 1, as soon as her opponent hits level 2 she turns into a cannon minion

Goes to show how long it's been since I've really played that matchup and pay attention to some nerfs/buffs. Crazy that she can do that lvl 1/2 but then is useless till at least 11
