My mother -ln -law also wanted me to deliver normally but I don't want it,my husband and I planned for a c-section but I suddenly went into labour and have already suffered through 6 hrs of severe unbearable pains as anesthesia doctor is not available 😢 I get so much pain for periods,so I am afraid of labour pains 😟 and it became so intense that I can't bear it and I asked for a c-section when the doctor came, but my mother -in -law didn't care about my decision and told the doctor not to do the c-section 😡as I'm near to normal delivery and tried to delay it,😕I would have delivered normally if it's a few minutes late which is a nightmare for me 😳 thank god my parents and husband told the doctor to follow my decision quickly and I missed it just by a few minutes 🥹 and now she treats me as if I committed a crime when I'm the one who should be angry with her for interfering in my decisions😡she wants to control me😤it would have been better if my husband made clear to her to not interfere in our decision.😕 I went into depression (PTSD) bcz of the fear I went through during the whole delayed process🥺 and I hope no one will face a situation like this

Simple day to day prescriptions are easy to follow n effective. Iron rich foods are , all green leafy vegetables, (keerai), especially palak, agathi, murungai, u can have in alternate days, daily one pomegranate apple,flat beans, beetroot, lentils, dry fruits especially dried grapes, fig n dates. Non veg like lamb liver, blood n spleen (savurotti). In addition u have to take vit c rich food gauva, orange. Vit C enhance iron absorption from food. I also have heard horsegram not much suitable to eat during pregnancy as it is similar to sesame seeds (எள்)
