Mee too.. my older one who was 7yrs by then helped a lot while feeding my new born. I had plenty of milk. So, i used to pump often apart from breastfeeding. I used to give 200ml of the freshly pumped milk to my older kid weekly 2-3 times, each. I breastfed my little one for 16 months. He himself stopped breastfeeding. I weaned it after sensing that he wouldn't drink anymore.

Hello mam I have delivered my babies(twins) in June month. There are so many types of practices we believe and my question is if these are myths or not ? Like wear full clothes keep your head and body fully covered wear socks in summer weather. Don’t turn on the AC and fans, your body will ache later. Don’t go out side hawa lag jayegi etc. I want to know if it happens😢 Bcoz due to hot weather conditions I couldn’t do much of it. Will I suffer later with body and joint pain after years ? Please clear my doubts and reply asap
