@@mytayloredlifestyle I contemplated the same thing (being the owner/builder). I'm looking forward to seeing your progress! I'm in Texas and bought a 5 acre lot about an hour outside DFW last year. After clearing trees, building a road and a retaining wall and front gate, I'm now ready to build the home and thought this application would be perfect for the climate, as well as all its other advantages.

@ I need to post an update! We’re all moved in now and it’s been great so far. It’s in the 60s here during the day and 40s at night and we’ve had our ac/ heater off for two months. The house has retained well

Hi, what do you do with the button quails? For eggs or meat? People around me told me button quails for display or pets as they’re smaller in size compared to normal quails. I have 8 buttons incubating.

It seems like the mystery boxes are much better for those that are ambassadors to the brand. I just ordered the September 2024 box and I received a very disappointing selection. I got 1 pair of over sized diamond heart earrings that look silly on a 50 year old woman, a huge pair of gold ball earrings that look like they come from Shein and a little girl's heart pendant necklace. The one good piece was a lariat with a tear drop CZ diamond on the bottom. Retail, these were all high cost items, but are clearly not pieces anyone would pay full price for, which is why they end up in these boxes. The idea of the mystery box is great, but maybe consider not including half a box of HEARTS, or oversized cheap looking earrings. I doubt we'll see any ambassador unboxing videos from this month...I wonder why? I also ordered 2 other necklaces with my box, so my order was well over $300, showing I was a serious buyer. The lack of thought in this box just turns me off of the brand.

@@kittyplaysgames2 I’m sorry you didn’t like your mystery box. This is the only one I’ve ever ordered, I’ve ordered a couple single mystery pieces as well. I personally have a lot from their hearts collection that I’ve bought and loved. That lariat piece is super pretty!

Yes, we just moved here a couple weeks ago and are still in the process of creating a fence for them with the proper predator proofing so they can roam happily. Up until now they free ranged a lot but where we’re at there are a ton of predators so it’s just not safe until we have this fence upnetting around
