@@mytayloredlifestyle I contemplated the same thing (being the owner/builder). I'm looking forward to seeing your progress! I'm in Texas and bought a 5 acre lot about an hour outside DFW last year. After clearing trees, building a road and a retaining wall and front gate, I'm now ready to build the home and thought this application would be perfect for the climate, as well as all its other advantages.

@ I need to post an update! We’re all moved in now and it’s been great so far. It’s in the 60s here during the day and 40s at night and we’ve had our ac/ heater off for two months. The house has retained well
