Walking 10k steps a day. Eating 2 cups of rice + 50g of protein(mostly chicken)+ multivatimins at 1pm. Eating pancake made of oats + 2 eggs + 1 banana for potassium + 1 scoop of whey protein at 6pm. This routine never made me hungry and lost 5 lbs consistently every month. From 200 lbs to 160 lbs. Goodluck on your journey! :)
