Teacher here… I chose also not to send my kids to preschool and I am homeschooling! Preschool is communism. People don’t like to hear this but it is. The point of the communist agenda is to get the mother out of the house and children into the system. Children need to attach to their parents and learn how to be good humans in a loving home. They do not need all the dazzle of “school” - their attachment is paramount at this stage of the game. I love how you explained this. I would go further and look at how children attach. K-3 should be 1-3 hours of school and they should be able to play and explore and experience life. I saw that kids (boys especially) already hated school by the time they walked into my 2nd grade classroom. They also “knew” who was smart and who wasn’t (in their estimation) by this time. I wanted my kids to love learning and be molded by our family beliefs. Homeschool is the BEST!!

Sorry about that, I made this back when I was still new to filming and editing, as I did this back in 2021. Over the years I have gotten better at my filming and editing. That is an excellent question! I made it not too long ago when we had a family of eight come over for dinner (and counting our family of six makes 14) and I think there was still more left in the pot afterwards. So I would guess it serves at least up to 15 people. Of course it’s hard for me to know for sure because some people tend to have bigger portions than others. I will always make sure to have plenty of tortilla chips on the side when I serve it, which pairs well and gives extra food to go along with the stew. Hope this helps! I guess you were lucky. I had an entire chunk of my abdomen removed because of a large "mole" of Melanoma. Have to wear a wound pump for a few months and get bandages changed every other day. I guess it's better than the alternative though.

I do not think there is internet availability when your are on the hike through the falls. But there might be access to the net close to the ticket counter, however I would not know as I never inquired about while there. Sorry I can't answer the question. Thank you for watching 🙂

I needed to hear this now as I'm super nervous, because my son has been homeschooling since 2 years old and he has a pre k evaluation in a school on Monday. But I see he is advanced and I'm scared he will be locked in a room and get bored because he loves to explore. He just turned 4 and he is great at building super difficult toys for 8 years old and up.grest st fixing things besides knowing all the school work already. From abc, Numbers, shapes,etc.he is even doing additions. can someone tell me if school would help him or keep him stock or help him advance?. Should I send him to school or not idk what to do

If you have the opportunity to keep them home, I always recommend that, but every parent needs to do what is best for their child and what they feel is right as a parent. The only thing that I do think is nice for maybe a child that doesn’t have any siblings is to do a two day a week preschool where they’re just there for a few hours, rather than all day I find that’s a good balance I have, I never did that with my kids because we have kids that are very close in age and it just didn’t suit our family to do that. But I hope that you are able to figure out what is best for your son. I hope that you found encouragement in this video. I appreciate you watching, have a great rest of your week. 💜

The wife shops on Amazon 3-4 days a week 😂 we get boxes every other day 🤦🏾♂️ a cordless can opener is definitely handy and a lot more convenient then a traditional one. A sheet organizer is definitely a game changer, good idea to have the window to see what color sheet is in the box. That bee zapper looks like it does wonders😮Cool items Holly! Nice review!!-Rufus

It looks like there is SO MUCH for kids to do, learn and explore here!! I LOVE the MANY hands on activities that they have throughout this museum!! What a fun filled day & memories to last a lifetime!! So cool!! My son would LOVE the gems & minerals section!!😃

I went with Spectrum for Geography and even though I'm using Abeka this year since they openly teach from a Biblical worldview, I'm still using Spectrum too to cover more ground and I really just like their style so much. Hello, the little booklets with the wipe off scavenger I got at dollar tree, but dollar tree is always hit or miss so I don’t know if they carry them anymore. Sometimes these things tend to be seasonal and a lot of times they’re more available at the beginning of this summer months when people are getting ready to go on summer vacations. I am very sad the shell factory is closing down my mother took me there on my first time in SW Florida 1n 1999 Punta Gorda where my parents lived I go there everyone I come down was just there last October and planned on stopping bye in just a few more weeks first two weeks in October I'm very bummed out to hear they are closing.

I did not realized they are closing. I guess I am thankful that we got to experience going while it was still open, because we did have nice time visiting. It is unfortunate what happen to the place due to the hurricane and that they were not able to rebuild things that were destroyed from it, and now having to shut down. I could imagine how hard it must be for you to see it closing when you have fond memories there. 😔 Sorry about that.

I started reading the Bible with my children tonight, Genesis chapter 6. After reading the chapter, I wanted to show my kids what the replica of the Ark looks like; I am glad I found your video. They enjoyed your video. You explained everything thoroughly.

I know the double rainbow was awesome! We were eating dinner at the restaurant in Granby that evening and we kept hearing people talk about this amazing rainbow outside then half the people in the restaurant went out to go see it and takepictures😄 The tubing hill was definitely a unique thing, a lot of people have never heard of summer tubing , it was a first for us as well. Recommend it for sure as a fun activity for families! Thanks Shannon 🥰🩷
