I grew up in South America Bolivia in the Amazon basin. We used to drink copoasu all the time. It's very good and it does look like a coconut but it's not. It's extremely healthy for you and it's much better than drinking all the soda drinks what we drink. Unfortunately Bolivian's love their Coca-Cola.

Great video. Loved the narration and information plus the ultra clear videos. I do appreciate the slow panning, some creators go too fast and its dizzying. My question is: was there older/elderly people on the hike or up top? I know the elevation can be challenging for older folks and people with heart/lung issues. 2) did Alpaca tours have first aid trained staff and equipment? Thanks.
@GlobalTravelStories
@GlobalTravelStories 2 ай бұрын
Thank you! ☺️ I’m not sure which elderly people you are referring however there was a guy on our tour group in his 60’s that seemed to do alright. It can be challenging however for anyone who doesn’t train regularly. Altitude, however can’t be trained for and I’d recommend spending some time in Cuzco beforehand and even do some other hikes there such as Rainbow Mountain which we feature in another video. Alpaca Tours had very professional and well trained staff along with first aid experience from my knowledge, you could always reach out to them. I’d highly recommend their company!

You’re a little incorrect about trout, having minimum impact on the eco system. They do have a big impact on our environment, as they eat our native species.
@GlobalTravelStories
@GlobalTravelStories 2 ай бұрын
Good to know, I wasn’t aware. You’d think there would be some control in the National Parks to reduce that..
@OceandiversityNZ
@OceandiversityNZ 2 ай бұрын
You would think so but unfortunately not. Trout are up on a high pedestal threw NZ, but the fact that our native species are in high decline threw the decline of spawning habitat, pollution, introduced species and over fishing. There are a few organisations helping in the spawning habitats around the country, but yes the trout aren’t helping. Just watching your KZbin as we are heading down those ways this week for the 1st time and liking your footage 😉

The best time to visit Panama is during the dry season, which runs from late December to April. It always helps to learn local languages when traveling but you should be able to get around just fine with English too, many people speak it fluently there!
