You’ve got to do this for years. Also increase your testosterone and muscle mass. Stay as lean as you can when not bulking. Decrease your estrogen as well. All this takes time and you won’t see immediate results.

Если у вас болит или отсутствует зуб слева или справа и вы вынужденно жуете одной стороной, то и ваше лицо перекосит в одну из сторон. Лечите зубы!!! Дистальный прикус лечится только брекетами или элайнерами! Никакие мьюинговые упражнения не исправят положение костей черепа. In my opinion mewing itself doesn't neccesarily make our jawline more sharp or prominent, but it does help with the angle of our jawline and resulting with more forward and upward facial features, including our maxilla, but one thing that i think is effective for developing more sharp jawline, is doing jaw excercise like chewing gum, because we train our jaw muscles and then our jaw muscles give kind of pressure to our jawbone resulting in more sharp and big jawline, So my conclusion is: do Mewing to better the angle of our jawline and facial structures + Chewing hard gum for developing more sharp jawline and loss of fat for bonus

there is already very noticeable changes, you guys see the angle of his jawline, on the first day it kind of downward but then his jaw angle is more upward at the end (am i just the one who notice this as a big change 😂)
