I'm definitely looking for your kind of help here. I'm playing local competitive cornhole and I've been using Razor Knuckle bags rated a 5/9 on the site but apparently I throw too hard or with too much spin in order to drop blockers when I want and control where they stop. Some of these bag companies come and go quickly, I could see how the bags I have could be great in high humidity conditions but for Ohio weather they seem a bit too fast for me to play a dirty kind of game. Do you have any recommendations of what kind of slower bags I could check out ? I looked some up that you mentioned in this video but 2 years is a long time in the business world of bags I guess, Should I just go to the far end and find something like the Jekyll and Slyde or just go down the scale a couple notches to something with like a 3/7 rating ?

I've been playing for over a year and own 20 sets of carpet. This myth that carpet is faster in humid conditions is completely false. I will say it slows down less than polyester fabrics but the surefire, pro sniper fast side is still the faster option. It'll go to 5-6 to 6-7.Outside conditions are different than indoors. The outdoors is much worse.I live in Buffalo and during the day is 70-80 and if the boards are in the shade your bags are glue.

Should a roll bag have less rotation than your normal throw?

Speaking of changing your throw; I agree that our ego can get in the way. I worked so hard to figure out how to get a flat bag which made me more consistent but as I advance into more advanced levels, it's not good enough anymore. Sure I can beat everyone in the social league but when you start playing people with a 8+ PPR, now I need to figure out what is to change. It took me 4 months to find a throw that worked well and to think of having to start over (so-to-speak) to get better feels like I'm starting from scratch. I have also noticed that my throw has been hurting my arm lately, probably because I have been trying to work on roll shots and I am over-extending the rotation and now I have tennis/golf elbow. Anyway, do you have any throwing tips that can help with my arm pain? Have you guys experienced this kind of pain?

Zach kept mentioning "higher percentage shots" when referring to making someone have to go airmail or do roll shots because of your blocks, but I think Zach meant to say _lower_ percentage shots. You want your opponent to have lower percentage shots, not higher. Cheers.

Hey Guys , thanks for the video!. We are definitely not pro's but been playing backyard games in the summertime for a couple of years and get some competitive games going..we also like playing when the sun goes down and the backyard is lit up pretty good..The humidity/dew is pretty nasty and kinda makes you throw extra hard to make the bags do anything. I tend not to like the bigger puffy bags and im very curious about the fallout x bags. Would you consider them a more traditional type or puffy style bag?..Also is there more then one type of fallout X?..thanks again for the video..we've been through a ton of bags looking for a keeper!

Thanks for the vid. Were just your average backyard bbq players, but always competitive. I build boards but have always just bought standard issue duck cloth bags to match the boards. Like $40-60 for a set of 8. But theyre always really thick full feeling bags and we shoot them off the back a lot.....lol Been wanting a fast/slow bag for years and finally pulled the trigger. But holy crap I could not believe the prices for only 4 bags. Wasn't going to, but got a set of Pro Snipers just to see what the hype was about. And the ONLY reason I spent that money was because i like the design on the Zero Lucks Given colab with Lucky/Dirty Bags and had a little extra $$ this month. That said, we REALLY like them! Whatever fill is in them feels great in the hand. The fast is fast, and the slow is just slow enough, but thinking something with a similar fast side, but a touch slower slow side would be perfect as our boards tend to play a bit fast. For the price, I'm looking at the Fire Vengance or Assault. I can get 8 bags for only $30 more shipped compared to $110 I paid for the 4 snipers. Do you think those vengeance or assault would be a good all-around bag for your average backyard players? And are they comparable in size and feel to the snipers?

great video. I love stepping out. But I think its important to note which side you are on. If your bag naturally goes left to right, then I think its okay to step out and chase. This being that you can usually throw your natural bag and still collect or spin it further into the hole. I just dont think you get too aggressive.

What bags would you recommend for insane humidity year round? I play in south Naples FL, did a regional yesterday which was outside, i was throwing my all slides and they were fine in the morning but definantly slower then they normally are but by the end of singles and going into doubles they would just tumble over itself and off the board or would land and stick and could not collect a thing, I also carried my seva penetrators and my titan scavengers but wanted to use a faster bag, should I have switched to one of those others? Or should I get a buy those widow r like mentioned in the video?
