Got mine some weeks ago. The hdmi doesnt work, cannot fix it on my own and support doesnt reply to my questions Edit: Support reached out to me and together we managed to solve the problem (which was a faulty USB-C Cable, lmao). Works just fine now.

Resetting Steps: 1.You need to unplug all other devices from the docking station before operating. 2.Connect the docking station to the computer normally. 3.When the main interface is displayed, press and hold the D-Key for about 4 seconds,and then release when "About Me" displayed at the bottom of the screen. 4.Click the D-Key to move the cursor to the left of "Restore" on the fourth line. 5.Press and hold the D-Key for 3 seconds and then release, the docking station will restart. 6.After restarting, please restart your PC as well, and then connect in this order: connect the docking station to the computer → connect the docking station to the power → connect the monitor → connect other USB-A devices.

Video would benefit from something like a touch/press animation, to show when the D button is being pressed/held, and for how long. It is quite hard to see this from the tutorial, as the person's finger remains covering the D key the entire time.

Can dockcase connect a microphone for recording to a solid-state drive? I want to use dockcase's USB-C to connect a lavalier microphone and record both video and audio together, but I'm not sure if it's feasible.

Hi, the USB-C port of the smart hub supports connecting microphones with Type-C interface. The prerequisite is that your main device supports the expansion of these functions. In addition, if it is connected to a mobile device such as a mobile phone/tablet, it should be connected to a PD for power supply.
