@@Alex.9.97 so wie es aussieht, lag es an der falschen Firmware des Motors. Ich konnte es nach dem Update nur kurz testen, aber es scheint zu funktionieren 🙂

Buongiorno @SilvioFinazzi, no, non abbiamo un tutorial specifico per Scott Patron. Per quanto riguarda l'installazione del kit però può tranquillamente seguire questo video tutorial o le istruzioni del nostro manuale (link nella descrizione del video) , le uniche differenze saranno nello smontaggio del motore, che in questo caso è differente da telaio a telaio.

Moved sensor and caused all sorts of faults;ended up bike to Fazua main dealer they sent bottom bracket then drive unit (battery/gearbox ) back to Germany;ended up with new drive unit£560;dealer told me altering settings causes overheat problem with a 250w motor;lesson learnt;;don’t mess around with it;works efficiently until you interfere with settings;bike telemetry knows correlation between speed and revs etc is not as design and will after short while (15/20 mins for me ) bring up fault light

Hi @mycallhill , tampering actions as moving the sensor can cause errors. The unlocking with the Eplus Flash Software is safe, not detectable by the diagnostic system and reversible: once the bike is unlocked with Flash, you can switch back to the factory settings and unlock the bike again as many times as you want for free. You can enter a maximum theoretical value of 75 km\h: we suggest entering a value between 35 and 40 km\h to prevent overheat, wear of the mechanical parts and save battery life. Once purchased the Flash software, our specialists are at your disposal for any technical support.

Bikes in different parts of the world come with various different speed limits due to local legislation, hardware is the same in all cases. What's being done here isn't causing the system to operate outside of it's specification, it's just removing the limit set by local regulations.

Hi @johnwinford3138 , The Flash is currently compatible with firmware version 4.2.2 of EP801: this version is needed in order to unlock the bike with Flash yourself. Compatibility with version 4.3.0 will be available as soon as possible: you can check compatibility on out website. At the moment, we are available to unlock motors with firmware version 4.3.0 remotely via online sessions.

Finalement je n’achèterai pas de VTT intersport Nakamura carvilnn’y a pas moyen d’acheter les interfaces et outils. Je ne veux pas être un client captif à payer une revision de vélo 50€. Je ne parle même pas du debridage dont je me mique éperdument. Les VAE seront jetables dans 5 ans avec ce système puisque les fixations des moteurs ne sont pas nommées. Le VAE écologique ? Cette blague...

Hi, all the settings installed by the Flash software are reversible: you can switch back to the original setting whenever you want without leaving any trace. Afterwards, you can unlock the same motor again as many times as you want for free.
