I still am sometimes myself. I try my best to remind myself that failure is okay. Failure is part of the process. And try to undo what I had learned about it growing up. Thanks so much for the comment! - Adrian

Great topic and great job as always. Could one of the primary mechanisms that creates a sense of loneliness be: not feeling to able share your emotional situation or challenge with those around you? By this I mean you could be surrounded by people but if you can't share what you're going through you will be lonely. I guess I'm saying that we are social creatures and need these connection and support.

Hello, I'm struggling with the fact that my mother is the trigger. However, I have to be the one adjusting so I can maintain her respect and that means I have to hide my moods, my pains, etc. I'm in college and I'm not yet independent so I'm under her care. I could take the risk of going away but we know the sadness in me will overwhelm me more. I'm stuck. You have a wonderful support I'm happy for you and kinda bit jealous hahaha

I’m so sorry that you’re in this spot right now. Is there anyone you can talk to like a friend or therapist/counselor that you can be more transparent about your emotions and mood with? I can only imagine how tricky it must be with your mom being the trigger. -Adrian

This was absolutely CRINGE!!! 🤮 As a passenger, I want peace and quiet. I don't want to listen to all of this stupid NOISE!!! NOR would I want the person driving the bus I'm riding to be engaged in DISTRACTED DRIVING!!! So HOW in the HELL is this the world's BEST shuttle driver??? To WHOM???
