hello minute 11.04 if intercooler huse don't expand on 3000rpm but it's developing a suction instead of expansion ,where is the problem?! egr is clean and okay,new. maf sensor clean now I'm cleaning the manifold intake ,was very dirty and clogged. air solenoid working. scv start to fail ,I replace now.

This is the only manual way to do so, Can you confirm that the prime pump get loaded or harder when priming? As long as the primer get harder means that the diesel are loaded and send to the filter

You can do both the following 01. Blank the EGR with a steel or SS plate (better you do it from the exhaust side) 02. Find a professional ECU probrammer and delete the EGR function from the ECU model

Currently im facing the same error codes in some control units, and also the car is not starting, D40 from 2013. Signal from ignition is coming to IPDM but does not start cranking only if i bridge the signal directly to starter, car starts, but then the gearbox stays in third gear. any advice? Shoult i start changing IPDM fuses box first, or directly TCU?

You need to check the complete fuse and relays that lead to the starter motor. On the AC, start cranking and check whether the AC panel is getting off? Check and let me know

@abcautotrendy i checked each and every fuse, and also all relays. They are working. Signal for starter i can bridge at IPDM Module but didnt find the relay for it. Why i should check the air condition?

Checking the air condition can confirmed that the ignition switch is working or not. The other thing is you can bypass the starter relay from the IPDM and check

@@abcautotrendy air conditioning have just one error with CAN U1000 Communication. Yes, i did the Bypass when i explained i bridge it with the IPDM. Then car is starting, but still not running in first gear, so that means gearbox is in emergency mode correct ? So there is also no gear indicator in the tacho

My one had this error few times. And replaced fuel filter and SCV. Again the frequency has been reduced but again got the same error after 2,3 days and frequency increased. Again replaced SCV. Main issue is sometime vehicle under power when stop on traffic or stop for turn. Vehicle not moving according acceleration. Moving under power. When engine switch off and on start, Issue is resolve. Can be move the vehicle. later with the high frequency of this issue happening getting Check engine light on and Error is P0093 Powertrain - Fuel Leak Problem. After replacing SCV 2nd time got same low power issue next day. And also earlier to this I had to Run engine warm up switch On and run about 10 min to move the vehicle every morning. And every time after get it cold. Sometime running about 100km on rain getting this under power issue and temp meter not getting up even after run hours. Only get up from half of centimeter have to heat up 10min to move again and that issue has been resolved after installing thermostat valve which was not installed before. Now few second heat up would be enough in morning. temp is not going up to middle quickly as normal but this under power engine On Off issue is there now. Is this something related to injectors or fuel pump? What can be the issue for under power and P0093? both issues are same problem? Please help me to fix this with your experience. Thanks

We work on these - usually the oil feed to the tensioner is jammed full of silicon where the sealant has been over applied. That ain't gonna tension.. common fault.

Thanks, if you don't have that type of tool, you can take (only if possible) 12mm T-socket and paste a 100/150 sandpaper (a round piese) on the top of the tool and face gently

@ Thank u so much for replying to me , Really I never have worked on 07 Nissan D40 it my best friend car he have some kind problems as when he want to take off on intersection it won’t go more than 20-40kms it’s so slow and he must turn off key and starts car it’s start normal again with power, I replaced new battery checked all ground wires in engine bay around automatic transmission all good, I replaced for him the SCV suction no go was working fine, I checked ABS all good I checked turbo no leaks nothing all good, then I find the gas paddle i take it out clean it put it back as it was before same screws factory adjusted and boom it worked power got it back but now engine shaking a bit 🤷♂️ Thank u

Hi, for the limp mode and vibration, can you do a data stream by the scanner ( you need to go to the ECM module, > select actual pressure and target pressure in the data stream) If you noticed a variant pressure between each other, you need to replace the rail pressure sensor) that would be easy the engine vibration too Cheers

@ Thank u so much , I did do live scan on my OTOFIX pro scanner, and it was just same result- CR pressure: 30 Мра. Actual CR pressure: 30 Мра. And when I give throttle its rise together on high RPM .. I have those faults : engine - P1272 : 14 Times FRP relief valve. P1705 : transmission . Now it’s drive little bit normal but not full power in first 2 seconds. Thank u again brother 🫡 Cheers Matt
