First time to visit this channel but did not subscribe because it did not even have the thoughtfulness to write and share complete cooking instructions and descriptions. I subbed to Angie’s instead. Please be aware that not very many people have the time to watch a video, get interested to try it at home, and then have to fast forward and rewind the video just for cooking instructions to ingredients that are foreign to us. Take note! Take the time to be professional and list a full and complete recipe, meaning a complete list of ingredients and full and clear, step-by-step directions!

How is this cold noodles? Is it because it is served cold or am I missing anything?
@ZooniMeera3 ай бұрын
Since the noodles are washed in cold water to make them chewy and not cooker again, the whole thing comes out at normal/alightly cold temperature.

do you know if i can reheat these in the microwave?
Very watery. Can you be more specific in the water amount for ice cubes ?? That has a great effect on the texture. Ice cube can be big or small. You speak too soft, the substiles appear on screen too short. Therefore, is hard for me to catch your contents. My English is not that great, I have a hard time hearing your English.

You could also use apple cider vinegar 😊

We tried this today and rolled it out very thin (as thin as I could without smush- wrecking the onions out of the pancake). I fried it on medium heat 3 minutes per side, flipping a few times. It is still undercooked and doughy in the center. We put it into the air fryer a few minutes and it is still undercooked. I'm going to keep it in there till it looks done, if ever it will. It all looks great on video but the editing has not revealed how to get it flaky and just right. It is also very oily and measuring onions with your heart is less sage advice than I imagined. Too much of a good thing is not so good. I wish she had really shown the process better because her finished product looks NOTHING like mine.

Which gelatine powder did you use? Coles sell the McKenzies brand and the instructions on the packaging say 2 tsp for 500ml water. 2 tbsp with 3/4 water seems like a lot?

Is sesame paste the same as tahini?
@NoodleWithMe2 жыл бұрын
It depends on the ingredients! Sesame seeds are a main component of tahini but often tahini may include other ingredients such as lemon, salt and garlic. Tahini can definitely be used as a substitute, if you’re in a hurry and don’t have sesame paste lying around. However I would recommend getting Chinese sesame paste as I believe it’s more dark and toasted in flavour!
