I hope your foundation is strong enough. Perhaps you should have hammered at least some thick iron bars into the river, before concreting the bridge piers over it. I hope it withstands the next flood. Still, great work!

All great builders makes mistakes but learned from them in addition to those of others. Seems like this lady intentionally avoid correcting the most important basic engineering issues that destroyed her bridge last few months, and pushing forward with her stubbornness brute force. Large pier shafts without adequate embedment will constrict normal flows leading to scouring and undermining of the piers. It will be unsafe to users and cause long term environmental and ecological problems beyond the locals knowledge and ability to remedy. Perhaps building a reliable functioning bridge to withstand the power of nature to show case her skills as a learning tool is not her purpose but maintaining number of viewers on the KZbin channel. It’s a pricey earning

By the time she complete the piers construction, the cofferdam channel would be out of control due to scouring

vous êtes vraiment courageuse. Ce qui me fait mal c'est que tu avais mit tant d'effort et de sueur pour faire ce 1er pont et que la nature a détruit. Malfré ça tu reconstruit un pont plus solide et je t'admire vraiment.

You are such a hard worker. The way you are building that with cement and stone. I don’t think they’re going to have a problem with it washing away unless you have a“huge “ 100 year flood. Looking forward to watching the rest of the bridge construction. Stay safe from Southern Arizona, Arizona.

She needs to block the water current to one side and istall a a 3 concrete poles in each side then put steel columns on top.ask for some help and do it right.to do it right requires a lot of people.

Not everyone has an army of friends to help and if she had to pay others to help her as you put it, that is a heck of a lot of money that she would have to find upfront. Unless your offering to pay for the helpers thats fantastic of you, if your not then just appreciate that this young woman is strong enough to actually achieve that job on her own. I find that she is an inspiration for other young people showing them that they to can do what she has done on her own. Sometimes it’s just a case of making do and finding a way to do it, and then go from there. If she waited until she had saved enough money to pay for the extra helping hands how many years would it take, 1 year, 2 years or maybe 3 years. The waiting in itself would take a toll on her energy and each year it’s delayed is one less job that she can do on her own homestead.

@@calleheras3727that’s an argent statement “those people”. Miss Dung has one thing you lack and that’s the willingness to try and fail and actually learn from her mistakes. I see so many young people around me not even willing to try because in their minds they have already failed. You are forgetting that they have been using bamboo for construction work for thousands of years and much of what they have built is still standing today, cannot say the same for many of the western built bridges that have been built in western culture in the past 50-80 years they have failed drastically and taking many lives with their failure. Miss Dung’s bridge failed yes but nobody died because of that failure.
