@@devanshhraj6209 You won’t believe I was thinking about the sanskrit thing a few moments back. I was thinking the same thing that even after so many years why only a handful people know sanskrit it’s simply because Brahmins did intentionally not attempt to teach the language to the lower strata of the society. The Dalits were denied Vedic education it is a fact but what about the others why people from kshatriya or vaishya varna don’t know sanskrit, and not only today even in vedic and post-vedic era as well the Brahmins never tried teaching Sanskrit to other people in order to maintain their autonomy not only over the language but also over the religion and made it full of rituals and complex traditions. However, these complexities met with a revolt not by the vaishya, shudra or Dalit communities but the people from the very next varna, the kshatriya, Buddhism and Jainism are the glaring example of that revolt. The point that you made in the first half of your comment regarding casteism in other religions, I’m definitely going to make a separate video on that as well because I don’t go in the question of what the sacred books or texts say about something but what it appears from the actions of the people and it is true that such casteism exists in Muslim community as well, though not mentioned in Islam anywhere but it is prevalent among muslims in a very organised but tacit manner. I do support reservation and I believe that discrimination do exist even today in every possible manner and still there are people who haven’t got the social position they deserve this is the very reason for which I support caste census as well and this is the very reason why I don’t support any kind of further classification in the matters of reservation. People needs to understand good economic policies will effect all like a decade ago 40% people have access of toilets and 30% use it on daily basis , now 100% have access and 85% use it in daily basis almost so SC St minorities all get benefitted. If there is any absurd economic policy it will affect all like so people should have to focus on growth everything will be on right track accidentally. If caste census would have happened in 2004 and the rate of building toilets remain same as it was after the independence night be possible all SC st's would be covered and got toilets but rest of the people have to wait for their turn on next census which will show they are also needy.

@@devanshhraj6209 caste census and not related to people having access to toilets but it gives a clear picture of the castes within the caste and until and unless we don’t recognise all of the castes and the most oppressed castes within the castes we won’t be able to focus specifically on them in key areas. Again, it is not about economic of financial development of the people from those castes but their social inclusion, there are 1109 notifies castes within the SC category and only a handful of them get the benefits of reservation and other facilities rest of them people don’t even know that they do exist. For everyone there is a SC category and in SC they only know a few of the castes and when they get benefitted by something people consider it that every person from the lower strata is being benefitted which is a bogus picture of over social inclusion which is doing the injustice to the marginalised people. As we don’t have the exact caste census or a data on that so I can’t be sure but I believe that more than half of those 1109 castes are not benefitted at all because no matter which government is there and no matter what their policies are they never ever think or talk about people from those communities! In Delhi itself I’ve met more than a dozen people coming from Bihar and Jharkand who belong to several castes that I had never heard of and only after meeting these people, who are either auto rickshaw drivers or people working in dhabas, I came to know that a lot of these people don’t even exist for the rest of the world as people don’t even know who they are and where do they come from and what they do… It is a long point of discussion

See the reality is what you just spoke about, there is struggle and there will always be in every field, wherever you go you’ll find the same situation, when I was entering here I didn’t know a lot about this field but I was interested and I always wanted to do this, I always knew that wherever I’ll go I’ll face these things and then I decided that if it’s same everywhere then why not doing something that I love. That’s how I came here and I’m enjoying it. It is true that people have to struggle for years before they get their first income in here so I’m not going to lie to you but I would say if you’re interested and if you can survive for like 4-5 years after your LLB without any income then you can do LLB from any recognised university and start your practice but if you want financial security and a decent job like in some firm etc. then you should only aim for NLUs that too the top three.

The best way to score more in CLAT is reading as much as you can, read more and more, at least give two to three hours to your reading skills and then solve PYQs again and again and if you can go for mocks then from November onwards only solve mocks multiple times and revise them. Itna kr liya to you’re good to go… and yes One nation one election has a lot of disadvantages will make a video on that too very soon…
