Any PIL by opposition ?? Reaction of opposition in parliament ?? Will all the videos which is against government will be deleted?? Let's suppose I am talking with my friend on call or mail that government Is incompetent or to bomb parliament, what would happen. ??

That’s what my question is and that’s what I’ve said in the video that we know nothing because the program code and the advertisement code is upto the government to decide anything can happen! Do you know what is Dicey’s rule of law? Do you know what natural justice is? Do you know Jurisprudence? No, right! So, I don’t see you eligible enough to argue on the legal aspects. However you being sentimental about the government can say whatever you want I don’t mind, all I want from you is not to talk law at least😂 Law is not that simple!

The videos will be deleted or not the news will be shown or not the private chats or calls are being monitored or not isn’t my issue here, as I reiterated back and again that the restrictions are unreasonable and the powers given to the state are arbitrary, my concern is unreasonableness and the arbitrariness, law doesn’t work the way you think! Even if the language is in a way which can slightly be misused then also we have a cause for action because there is a scope for unreasonableness and arbitrariness, Rule of law which is the basic structure of the Indian constitution doesn’t allow unreasonable and arbitrary powers to the state, it doesn’t matter what happens or what not if it appears that arbitrary powers are there then it is a matter of concern for us!
